Copperbank Resources Corp.

Copperbank was created during the 2014 commodity bear market by a group of highly respected entrepreneurs, geologists and engineers. The business model is to consolidate world-class copper projects and provide investors with maximum option on rising copper prices.

The established reserves and resources of our 100% controlled projects serve as the asset base for this "pounds in the ground" strategy with low management costs. The Company controls three projects in the United States. Copper Creek is located in Arizona and Contact Copper is located in Elko County, Nevada. It would cost over $120 million to replicate the work already done on these projects.
