Nighthawk Gold is a Canadian-based gold exploration company that is 100% owned by a district-sized land position within the Indin Lake greenstone belt located approximately 200 km north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Nighthawk has been advancing its Colomac showcase project and has defined a robust project with current Indicated resources of 1.7 million ounces of gold (25.89 million tonnes at an average grade of 2.01 g/t Au) and Inferred resources of 0.4 million ounces of gold (5.71 million tonnes at an average grade of 2.03 g/t Au), with the bulk of the ounces contained in an underground resource.
